1. Definitions 1.1. “Participant” refers to any individual who enrolls in mentorship or courses at ECOLE961. 1.2. “ECOLE961” refers to the training and mentorship school for entrepreneurs and professionals. 1.3. “Courses” refer to the educational modules and mentorship programs offered exclusively by ECOLE961. 1.4. “Certificate of Attendance” refers to the official document issued by ECOLE961 upon successful completion of a course.
2. Eligibility 2.1. Participants must meet the eligibility criteria for each course as specified by ECOLE961. 2.2. Participants may be required to provide proof of qualifications or experience relevant to the course of interest.
3. Enrollment Process 3.1. Participants must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and truthful information. 3.2. Enrollment is subject to the availability of seats in the desired course. 3.3. ECOLE961 reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on its discretion.
4. Course Design and Exclusivity 4.1. All courses offered by ECOLE961 are designed exclusively for the institution and tailored to the needs of our participants. 4.2. Participants must not share or distribute course materials outside of ECOLE961 without explicit permission. 4.3. Course content is the intellectual property of ECOLE961 and must not be reproduced without authorization.
5. Professionalism and Conduct 5.1. Participants are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity throughout their engagement with ECOLE961. 5.2. Participants must be punctual, prepared, and actively engage in all course activities. 5.3. Participants must treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy. 5.4. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
6. Attendance and Participation 6.1. Participants must attend all scheduled sessions to be eligible for a Certificate of Attendance. 6.2. Absences must be communicated to the course instructor or ECOLE961 administration in advance. 6.3. Participants are expected to complete all assignments, projects, and assessments as required.
7. Certificates of Attendance 7.1. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who meet the course requirements and maintain satisfactory attendance. 7.2. Certificates will be provided upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all obligations. 7.3. ECOLE961 reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met.
8. Data Use and Privacy 8.1. By enrolling in a course, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data by ECOLE961 for administrative and operational purposes. 8.2. ECOLE961 may use participant data for communication, course administration, and marketing purposes. 8.3. Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. 8.4. ECOLE961 will not share participant data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property 9.1. All course materials, content, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of ECOLE961. 9.2. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. 9.3. Participants must not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without prior written consent from ECOLE961.
10. Payment and Refund Policy 10.1. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified. 10.2. ECOLE961 reserves the right to cancel a participant’s enrollment if payment is not received by the due date. 10.3. Refunds may be issued in accordance with ECOLE961’s refund policy, which will be provided at the time of enrollment. 10.4. In the event of course cancellation by ECOLE961, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
11. Course Changes and Cancellations 11.1. ECOLE961 reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, content, and instructors as necessary. 11.2. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to their enrolled course as soon as possible. 11.3. In the event of a course cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
12. Fees and Tuition 12.1. ECOLE961 is committed to providing high-quality education at minimal fees to ensure accessibility and sustainability of our programs. 12.2. Fees vary from course to course and are designed to cover the basic operational costs of the institution. 12.3. Fixed tuition rates apply to full programs in IT development, including web stack, cybersecurity, digital marketing, coding, and web graphics.
13. Ethical Consideration 13.1. ECOLE961 prioritizes ethical considerations in its mission to foster professional development and entrepreneurial talent in Lebanon. 13.2. Fees are structured to ensure the continuation and enhancement of our educational programs while maintaining affordability.
14. Feedback and Continuous Improvement 14.1. Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on course content, delivery, and overall experience to support continuous improvement at ECOLE961. 14.2. ECOLE961 will periodically review participant feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the quality of education and mentorship.
15. Use of ECOLE961 Facilities 15.1. Participants must use ECOLE961 facilities and resources responsibly and in accordance with ECOLE961 policies and procedures. 15.2. Participants must report any damage or issues with ECOLE961 facilities or resources to the administration immediately.
16. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 16.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards during their engagement with ECOLE961. 16.2. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, permits, or documentation required for their participation in ECOLE961 courses.
17. Insurance 17.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their participation in ECOLE961 courses, including health and travel insurance if applicable.
18. Non-Discrimination Policy 18.1. ECOLE961 is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all participants. 18.2. ECOLE961 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
19. Limitation of Liability 19.1. ECOLE961 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the participant’s enrollment or participation in ECOLE961 courses. 19.2. ECOLE961’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total fees paid by the participant.
20. Indemnification 20.1. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECOLE961, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to the participant’s breach of these terms and conditions or any negligent or wrongful act or omission by the participant.
21. Confidentiality 21.1. Participants must maintain the confidentiality of all ECOLE961 proprietary information and trade secrets. 21.2. Participants must not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of ECOLE961.
22. Non-Compete Clause 22.1. During the term of enrollment and for a period of one year after completion, participants must not engage in any business or activity that competes with ECOLE961 without prior written consent.
23. Non-Solicitation Clause 23.1. During the term of enrollment and for a period of one year after completion, participants must not solicit or attempt to solicit any participant, employee, or contractor of ECOLE961 for any purpose that competes with ECOLE961.
24. Relationship of Parties 24.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between ECOLE961 and the participant. 24.2. Participants are engaged as independent learners and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations.
25. Entire Agreement 25.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between ECOLE961 and the participant regarding their enrollment and participation and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
26. Severability 26.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. Waiver 27.1. The failure of ECOLE961 to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
28. Assignment 28.1. Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without the prior written consent of ECOLE961. 28.2. ECOLE961 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
29. Notices 29.1. Any notices or communications required or permitted under these terms and conditions must be in writing and sent to the respective parties at their last known addresses.
30. Force Majeure 30.1. ECOLE961 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.
31. Survival 31.1. The provisions of these terms and conditions that by their nature should survive completion shall survive, including but not limited to, confidentiality, indemnification, and intellectual property rights.
